We have 2 forums.
We can stay here... or move over to the other one:

Some advantages I can think of.
the other one is faster. (faster server/bandwidth)
this one I have more control over.
we have members.sinnerz.org here. I am not sure if they allow members to upload files over there.

Couldnt we just use this one as backup forum again? I remember the last one, would crash every other week!

we also loose the storage space. witch means that if you want to up pics and stuff.... you better find a new place for all your sigs and flashes... and hosting... needs....so you need the way the pro's and con's...

Yeah, but this is why I asked if we could use this forum as our back up 1nce agin like before unless it would be too much of a prob. I myself dont wanna lose the other bells & wistles so thats why I am not gonna vote yet.

well the hostname, "www.sinnerz.org" will be directed to the one we'll vote on.
its currrently here on the backup. so u wouldnt need to enter a different url than you do.
second, sure we can use this as a backup... but it's pointless when php2 would crash every other day and we're back here anyway. not to say it would crash... just stating an example. i have not really test the stability of the php2 forum on fragism yet.

The last php2 was always rocky, most often stuff was lost due to no back ups.
Wilder and… I think Rav do backups here often, so things won't be lost.
IN ADDITION, I would like to point out one important fact about keeping this one as a back up.
This one comes straight out of Wilders pocket.
And the last word is his as he pays for it.
With the pro's and con's it is my opinion this one is better.
But I will go with what Wilder's checkbook decides.
If the price has gone up somewhat, to keep this one. I can kick in some coin.
Our server will be coming up in some months... I can see what the price over there is for space, but wilder will have total responsible for the work to be done on a forum.
As this is out of my league... However, I can ask.

dont worry about pricing. it's about the same.
the other one is not exactly free either, it's included with the price for renting the server. As long as we rent a server from fragism we have a website there to use.
i just renew our rent for another year... $105/yr
it's not bad.
This webserver cost about $99/yr too.
it's about convenience, functions comparison... what you dont like about ikonboard... vs, what you like about phpbb2...
just in case ppl like phpbb2, i'm working on for clan members there to put files there like they do here. i still have to look into how much disk space they give us for user files. I have 1G here. If they give us 1G or more, then it's atleast the same.
ALSO... it might be a bitch to copy and move files from servers. but thats more of an issue of being lazy. hehehehe
so please think about it and given some concrete reasons why you want to use one over the other.

i find the Admin control pannel here more user friendly.
from what i rember from the php2 board.
and it might have just been your lazyness... but this one always did seem to look better....lol

well i thought they both look the same? on most parts... since they had the same skin...
but the one in fragism is from a backup... some parts of the skin isnt working as planned... but i gotta put some mods of phpbb2 into it too, just never got around it.
Right now the skin is most updated on this forum.

image shack is kind of a shakey place. they dump images every so often so you would risk losing the images and having to re-upload them and then having to change it so it directed it to the new link. a really good one is
