I changed some things. now all SiNners can reply in the Public information area. used to be only admins.. don't know why, maybe it was missed...
you should be able to now, as well as any others

i have fixed these things already...
the only thing i can think of is if the forum had crashed.
the back up was used.. it may need editing ..

i backed up DB when I changed this, so that shouldn't be a problem. did that right after....
so Aug 20th is the most recent backup (that I know of)
