Green skins and ummm... Sometimes when i shoot at someone it looks a lil laggy. But I bet you knew those already!

ya the skin i don't have a clue... not to worried about that yet.... it only seems to be the player seeing his own skin as green, everyone else see you as you are.
i think it might be with the war machine skin. cause we all use it.
i will have to go back and look at the ini changes.... i am pretty sure i didn't cause this... i have seen this on other servers in the past.

this is true, no clue on why that is, but something I did notice the other day is that sometimes I see others as a different color at different times in the map.
ie. Obbie, he would be red then blue then back to red later on. thing is since I sit right next to him is that he didn't change his color then. so something else is up?
he don't have a skin changer 'cheat' like some others (I won't mention (bane)), lmao
anyhow, so far so good

Accusing wacko Jacko ( Michael Jackson ) of changing skins is one thing. But me, c'mon... I'd never!
Im sure if you all remember correctly Guns was asking if " I " knew where to get them because " he " lost his. Another bug report tho Slatts... Some maps still arent working correctly when voted, Blodbath seems to be the main one.

report, what video card do you use? do you have the most
current drivers? what is your minimum frame rate?
I am using the ati x800xt platinum. my minimum frame rate
is set to 40..

I only see it on our server on that map. I took a screen shot of it aswell but for some reason I cant link it to members.org. Says incorrect password, but I know what the password " used " to be?

Ya the other knob gobbler who owned the server before us did it.
i know it is in the UT ini file under TDM settings. i discovered this before (the prob) just never got to fixxing it.. wasn't that inportant at the time. i was fighting to keep the server from crashing. i will fix it up this weekend for sure, i will do it before i go after the skin problem. that one has me baffed? but i will get to it....just no time...at moment, wife sick, kids growing... baby sitter probs...means no sleep for me, now i am working 5 days a week again..off and on.... i Dono anymore....anyone got the winning lotto numbers. them i will start my own server biz... give you 5 for free....lol you can mod 5 30 man servers the way you want....:p

as for the dock and bloodbath maps... i still can't figure out as to why they won't run.... i have up'd and deleted the maps/utx/umx over 20 times.....right from my folders.. not a zip.
mine run fine on my pc... still working on it.

na.. but if you would like to try it i can give you Maya software.....it's 4 or 500. bucks to buy or something

na it's just a mod tweak.... the more gore ini has a option it's a spin off from the old game called Dig Dug.. they blow up when hit with bullets and shells.... if you can avoid getting hit for about 20 seconds your skin shrinks back again.
i have no way to access it except through the ini and have up'ed about 20 diff ver to see what eveything was about.
i got sick of restarting the server... i need to work on the command line next so i don't have to fire up the mods and maps everytime i restart.
i just thought i would leave server this way for a day or two to get peps feed back...but the logs show no one really uses this server???

and lately there have been alot of people having problems on the server, where people are invisible and you can just see shadows, or people are halfway in the floor... what is this??
Also, it seems that no one is ever on our server, im wondering if this is an issue created because of it restarting and they cant find it on the DM tab, or maybe its because its name makes it always to the bottom of the list. can you rename the thing? like, put GMC- infront of it? i bet we would get much more traffic on our server, which would be great because i find that i ping the best and have virtually no lag on our server

hey, if your giving away this software i'd love to have it
i've been looking for something to make skins with that is better than the latest skin maker, and since i have a nice bit of free time i can learn alot about skins and maybe even start making some good ones to be clan skins.

you know i never did post the answer to this thing... so i will now so you can read it.. before i delete the topic.
the skin issue we had for this server was do to the botpack skins were not installed on the server from the disk. if they were... they were deleted.
and if anyone see Xoffer.. and he still wants this software i can get it... to him...lol:p

I saw Raven playing the server toight.
I tried to play but got an error about a
file version mismatch and kicked me out.
By the time i got back to try again, the map
had changed and my opportunity to beat
raven was gone.

sorry to hear that the ver mismatch is an easy fix.
if you know the file name. just delete it from you UT folder.
then re enter the server... you will have to DL the file again.
was prob a music file. i redid a couple of them for them for file size. i think Raven is putting the new files into members at sinnerz. i will try to get the missing older maps into the members... i think most of them are there except the maps i redid.
i will set up your user now and you can just go into the server folders and DL them from there... will PM your data to you, when finished.

Raven i am not sure about the setting you added to the LA ini file.
from what i understand "settings.Settings" should run from the mutators... i cant get my head around no translocator... is it calling directly for a mutator with the trans disabled do you think? weird any thoughts?
